Anonymous interaction analytics is optional and off by default. If you enable it, we record form steps, field names, validation categories and elapsed time. We do not include typed values, page URLs, IP addresses or advertising identifiers in stored analytics. A random session cookie connects events within a visit; it does not identify you across devices.
You can turn optional tracking off using the checkbox at the bottom of the form. Previously collected events remain until deleted. Submitted answers are connected to a visit so the team can see completed journeys.
Submissions and associated events are retained until the team deletes them. Contact the team that gave you this form to request an export or deletion. The hosting service may maintain its own security logs.
